Terms of Service
Draft for legal review. This template is a starting point written from how the app works today. It is not in effect and needs review by a lawyer for your jurisdiction before publishing.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Invisigram mobile app and the invisigram.ai website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You sign in with an email address and password. You must verify your email, keep your password private and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and trials
- Paid plans are offered monthly or yearly and are billed through the app store you purchased from.
- Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends, the subscription renews automatically.
- Plans include a monthly allowance of finished posts and generations. Unused allowance does not roll over.
- Refunds for store purchases are handled under the store's own policies.
4. Your content
You own the ideas, text, audience details and media you provide ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content only to operate the Service for you, including sending prompts to our AI service providers.
5. Generated content
Scripts, images, video and captions produced for you ("Outputs") are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these Terms and the terms of our AI providers. Outputs may be inaccurate or resemble content made for others. Review every Output before you publish it, and you are responsible for how you use it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates a real person, or breaks the rules of the platform you post to. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Connected accounts and posting
When you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, you authorize Invisigram to publish posts and captions to that account on your behalf, either automatically or after your approval if review is on. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in the platform's own settings. You are responsible for everything published from your connected accounts and for following each platform's terms. Instagram and TikTok are operated by third parties. We don't guarantee reach, engagement, followers or that a platform will accept a post.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
