How the trial and billing work
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new subscribers get 7 days free. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Trial eligibility is set by the App Store or Google Play.
Where do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the store you bought from. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. For anything else, email support@invisigram.ai.
